Annual Library activity Plan is a pre-scheduled activities for the coming academic year planned at the beginning of each session preferably in the month of March/April by the approval of the Library committee taking into the previous year's performance and suggestions from the staff and students.
ALAP is prepared based on the status of the school, and library and can have different ALAP for different schools. Here is a sample Annual Library Activity Plan which can be used as a reference to plan for your schools/institutes and Libraries.
