Get Rewarded for Every creative Work: this is a student-centered library innovative and experiment program started at LIBRARY Kendriya Vidyalaya No 1. Vijayawada.
This program is aimed to develop an interest in students to do something creative and grow skillful.

- Students were encouraged to learn new things and become skillful in various things like Art, singing, dancing, sports, etc.
- Every submission of a student will get them a point on the leader board.
- At the end of the year, the top members of the leader board will be taken as the Best student of the year.

- Title for this experiment is taken from the famous film name to grab the attention of all students.
- This program is aimed to develop an interest in students to borrow books from the library, read the book, write a review, and rate a book based on their experience.
- when ever student borrows a book from the library then they earn a point.
- For timely submission of the book to library without any due will earn them a point.
- every review submitted by the student will earn them a point.
